Who we are

Hire Dedicated Devs is a service of Nebel Technologies, 2351 W Northwest Hwy, Suite 3232, Dallas, TX 75220, USA. Nebel Technologies is responsible for the information collected on this website. Questions about this policy: contact@nebeltech.us.

What we collect when you visit

• The pages you view, how long you spend on them, and the page that sent you here (for example a search engine).
• Campaign tags in the link you followed (UTM parameters), if any.
• Your device type, browser and operating system.
• Your approximate location (city, region, country), worked out from your IP address. We do not store the IP address itself; we keep only a one-way scrambled version used to prevent spam.
• A random ID saved in your browser’s local storage so we can tell repeat visits apart. It does not identify you personally.

If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we do not record your visit. The contact form still works.

We do not ask for or knowingly collect sensitive information, such as health, financial account or government ID details. Please do not include it in the form.

What we collect when you contact us

The details you enter in the contact form: your name, work email, company, the state your company is based in, role, project details, budget range and timeline. We compare the state you choose with the country worked out from your IP address, so requests from outside the US can be handled separately. We link your request to your visit so we understand what you were looking for.

Cookies and similar technology

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels, and we do not use your information to show you ads on other sites. The only thing we store in your browser is the random visit ID described above. If spam protection is switched on for the contact form, Cloudflare Turnstile may check your browser to confirm you are not a bot.

How we use it

• To reply to your request and discuss a possible project.
• To understand which pages and channels are useful, so we can improve the site.
• To keep the site and the contact form safe from spam and abuse.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for other companies’ marketing. We use a small number of service providers that process it only on our behalf: website and database hosting, email delivery for lead notifications, our customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to a buyer or successor if our business is sold or reorganized.

Where your information is handled

Our business is based in the United States. Some of our team, including our development center in India, may access contact requests to prepare a reply or a proposal. They follow the same rules described in this policy.

How long we keep it

Visit records are deleted after 12 months, except a visit that led to a contact request, which is kept with that request. Contact requests are kept while we are in contact with you and are deleted 3 years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. If you become a client, we keep your details for as long as we work together and as required for our business and legal records.

How we protect it

Information is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on access-controlled systems that only authorized Nebel Technologies staff can reach.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to give you a copy, and to correct or delete it, by emailing contact@nebeltech.us from the address you used with us. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We reply within 45 days. We do not sell personal information, use it for targeted advertising, or use it to make automated decisions about you.

Residents of some states, including Texas and California, have these rights under state privacy law. We will not treat you differently for using them. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision and we will review it within 60 days. If you are not satisfied with the result, you can contact your state attorney general.

You can also clear the ID stored in your browser at any time by clearing site data.

Children

This site is for businesses. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be shown on this page before they take effect.
